A new game has joined Blueberry Bombo’s collection: Bombo and Double Blueberries. It is a calm matching game where blueberry cards grow one matching pair at a time, all the way to 256.

Maths through play

Move the cards with the arrow keys or by swiping. When two cards with the same value meet, they combine into one card with double the value: 1 + 1 = 2, 2 + 2 = 4, and 4 + 4 = 8. As they play, children can practise the two times table, addition and doubling numbers.

The game also invites players to plan ahead: which direction should you move the cards to bring matching values together? The goal is to create a blueberry card worth 256. There’s room to experiment, learn and try again at your own pace.
