Terms of Service

1. General

These terms apply to the services provided by the service provider. By using the service, you accept these terms.

In these terms of use:
Service means the Studio Mustikka Bombo website and the content and digital services it offers.
User means the person using the service.
Membership means a paid subscription to the service. A membership can be personal or intended for an organization (such as a daycare or educational institution).

2. Content of the Service

The service includes videos, games, downloadable materials, membership content, digital services targeted at children, and products or services offered through the online store. The service may be developed, changed, updated, and content added or removed without prior notice.

3. Printable Materials

The service contains downloadable and printable materials, such as coloring pages and other similar content. Some materials may be available without logging in. Some materials are available only to registered users or through a paid membership. The membership can be personal or an organizational membership (e.g., for a daycare or educational institution).

The materials are primarily intended for private use. They may also be used in ordinary early childhood education, teaching, and club activities to the extent permitted by the respective user account or membership level.

• Materials may be downloaded, printed, and used in your own household or location to the extent that access has been granted for that specific content.
• Access provided by a free or paid user account or membership must not be shared with third parties in violation of the terms of use.
• Materials must not be shared on the internet, social media, file-sharing services, or other public services without separate permission from the service provider.
• The sale, sublicensing, large-scale redistribution, or publishing of the materials as they are without permission is prohibited.
• Using the materials as part of a competing service, your own material bank, or a product for resale without separate permission is prohibited.
• Modifying the materials, combining them with other materials, or using them as a basis for a new material to be sold or distributed without separate permission is prohibited.
• Copyrights and other intellectual property rights remain with the service provider or the rights holders.

4. User Account and Responsibility

• The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
• The user is responsible for keeping their user IDs and login information secure.
• The guardian is responsible for a minor's use of the service.
• User IDs must not be handed over to third parties.

5. Memberships, Subscriptions, and Payments

Paid memberships, digital services, and any online store products are priced and described before the subscription is confirmed. Payments are processed through the payment service provider currently in use, such as Stripe or another provider. Studio Mustikka Bombo does not process payment card information directly.

Any recurring subscriptions renew automatically. If you do not want the subscription to renew, it must be canceled before the start of the new billing period.

Membership billing, payment methods, and possible recurring payments are managed in the Stripe customer portal. Online store orders, downloads, and address information can be seen in the user's Account view on the site.

In the online store, essential information regarding the order, such as the main characteristics of the product, total price, possible delivery costs, payment method, and applicable terms, are presented before making a binding order.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance selling contract within 14 days, unless the delivery of digital content has begun with the consumer's explicit consent before the withdrawal period ends.

If the delivery of digital content is started at the consumer's request before the withdrawal period ends, the consumer simultaneously gives their consent to the delivery of the digital content and accepts that the right of withdrawal expires in accordance with the law.

If physical products are sold in the online store on the site, product-specific delivery, cancellation, and possible return terms are stated before the order is confirmed.

Fixed-term gift subscriptions or other similar campaign products do not renew automatically unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content of the service (texts, images, videos, games, graphics, and other material) belongs to Studio Mustikka Bombo or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or other use of the content is prohibited.

8. Prohibited Use

The following activities are prohibited:

• disrupting the service or endangering information security
• unauthorized copying or republishing of content
• using the service contrary to the law or good practice
• automated data collection (scraping) or technical attacks against the service

9. Service Security and Restriction of Right of Use

The service provider has the right to restrict the use of the user account or the service if it is necessary for the security of the service, compliance with the law, prevention of abuse, or protection of other users.

In serious situations, the right of use can also be restricted, suspended, or removed without prior notice. In other situations, the user will be notified of the matter in advance if possible or without delay after the action.

10. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as is. The service is used at the user's own risk. Studio Mustikka Bombo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. There may be interruptions, errors, or changes in the service.

This does not limit the mandatory rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Finnish law. The consumer has the right to bring any dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution.

12. Changes to the Terms

Studio Mustikka Bombo may update the terms of use. The latest version will be published on this page. Significant changes may be announced in the service.

13. Additional Terms Regarding the Online Store

In the online store, these terms of use are supplemented by product-specific terms, delivery information, payment method-specific terms, and possible campaign terms visible in the purchase path. If there is a conflict between this page and the information provided in the purchase path, the information provided in the purchase path before confirming the order will prevail for that specific order.

Online store customers can view their orders, downloads, and address information on the Account page. Operations related to membership billing are handled in the Stripe customer portal.
